Return Period

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

 

Accepted Returns

✔ Defective or damaged items

✔ Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

✔ Non-defective products you wish to return

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective items or if you need a different product.

 

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at enababy.uk@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

 

Return Shipping Costs

– If the product is defective or damaged: Ena Baby covers all return costs.

– For non-defective returns: the customer is responsible for return postage.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

– Used or washed items

– Items without original packaging

– Final sale items (if applicable)
